The Franklin Graham Prayer March was held on September 26th, 2020 in Washington D.C. The praying people of America gathered to pray for our country and for its leaders. While thousands were gathered on the steps of the Lincoln Memorial, Michael W. Smith led the crowd and all of America in worship with the powerful song, “Great Are You Lord.”

Vice President Mike Pence spoke to the crowd and thanked them for their prayers. Saying,

“When the President and I travel around the country the sweetest words we ever hear, and we hear them a lot, are when people reach out and simply say ‘I’m praying for you.'”

He asked the praying people of America to pray for 6 specific groups of people:

  1. Those with public responsibilities in the executive branch
  2. Members of the Congress of the United States
  3. Supreme Court Justices
  4. Members of our Armed Forces and their families
  5. Law enforcement at every level
  6. Those struggling with loss/serious illness as well all our doctors and nurses

Good question! The layout for these types of posts is built for one video embedded per post. The link to the video is still above, but the embedded version was making the layout weird for certain devices.

Thanks for reading!

It is so amazing that so many Christians could gather in public and worship God so freely and with no restriction. Forget it here in Europe. Faith has mostly been muted to the private scene.
