There always seems to be more things to get done than there is time in the day to do them. When we spend time getting work done, we feel guilty that we’re neglecting our family. When we’re playing with our kids, we can’t stop thinking about the dishes in the sink and the pile of dirty laundry. We miss a lot of what we’re doing because we’re thinking about what we need to do next or what we’re not getting done. Christy Wright talks with Joy about her new book, “Taking Back Your Time”. She guides us to practical methods of prioritizing our lives that relieve us of guilt, free us to enjoy the moment we’re in and accomplish more of what is important.
