Did Hillsong Just Make Themselves Into a Marvel Movie?

If you like worship music and superheroes, you’re going to laugh out loud at this tweet from Hillsong UNITED. In honor of their upcoming worship album called “People,” Hillsong United made their own version of the new Avengers: End Game poster featuring each band member as a different Marvel character.

Joel Houston takes the place of Iron Man, Taya (famous for singing “Oceans”) as Captain Marvel, Brooke Ligertwood (“Who You Say I Am“) as Black Widow, and if we’re not mistaken, that looks like lead pastor, Brian Houston, in the back as Thanos.

That’s one way to capitalize on the Marvel movie hype. The good news is, you get to enjoy an awesome worship album and superhero movie this Spring!
