I’ve belted out worship songs on Sunday mornings since I was a wee lad. Recently, I’ve started searching for new songs to engage my mind and my heart with deep truths and beautiful music.
I’ve experienced these 5 songs as absolute gifts. I’ve listened to them and meditated on the truth in the lyrics. I hope you listen to them too and uncover a deeper appreciation for Jesus.
As I discover new beauties and old forgotten gems, I will share them with you. I’m not trying to find songs centered in how I feel about Jesus. I’m trying to find songs wrapped in the deep truth and wisdom found in the person of Jesus.
